Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 oz.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown chicken and margarine in skillet.
    Add mushrooms. Cook until lightly brown. Stir. Add soup, water, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover
    and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bring to a\tboil.
    Stir
    in
    rice.\tCover
    and
    simmer 10 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
