Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1 to 1 1/2 c. buttermilk (may need more)
    1 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Mix flour with dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter.
    Add raisins and caraway seed.
    Make a well and add enough buttermilk to make soft dough.
    Knead on lightly floured board for about 5 minutes. Shape into round loaf.
    Place on lightly floured baking pan and cut cross on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes (should sound hollow when bottom is tapped).
