Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, peeled and cored
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture a little at a time.
Then add apples and cinnamon.
Pour into a greased and floured large tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or longer.
