Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef stew meat
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    carrots, potatoes, onions (as you like)
    1 can water (rinse tomato sauce can)
Preparation
    Coat meat with flour.
    Put in crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Turn crock-pot on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
    May need to double if you have hearty eaters.
