Thelma'S Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. white rice
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in large skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring with fork to break up meat until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well; pour into greased casserole dish.
Cover with lid or foil and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Stir twice during cooking.
