Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut up chicken in serving pieces.
    Place in large baking dish or pan.
    Mix preserves, salad dressing and soup mix together. Pour over chicken.
    Cover.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
