Heath Bar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, chilled
    1 c. white sugar
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar and regular milk to make 1 c.
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Heath bars, chilled
Preparation
    No need to use mixer.
    Mix sugars, brown and white, with flour. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender.
    Take out 1/2 cup and put in separate bowl.
    To buttermilk, add slightly beaten egg and soda. Stir this into the largest amount of dry mixture.
    Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Break Heath bars using a hammer.
    Stir into 1/2 cup dry mixture.
    Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
    Quick and easy.
