Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Add butter to boiling water; heat to boiling.
    Add flour all at once.
    Stir over heat until smooth.
    Cook until mixture leaves the sides of pan.
    Don't overcook.
    Cool slightly.
    Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time.
    Stir until smooth after adding each egg.
    Beat until mixture gets glossy.
    Chill (Until stiff enough to hold its shape).
    Place on a baking sheet in bars or balls.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool and fill.
