Molasses Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. plain flour
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 sticks butter or oleo
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients all together. Add the butter or oleo. Add flavoring of your choice. Can add vanilla, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together. You will have to add more flour for stiffer dough. Roll out; cut in size you want. I use a medium glass. Bake at 325\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
