Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. pecans, chopped
12 marshmallows

Preparation

Boil potatoes; peel and mash.
Mix well with margarine, sugar and nuts.
Form a ball around one large marshmallow, then roll in crushed cornflakes.
