Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. junior baby food prunes
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease Bundt pan; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, combine all cake ingredients except walnuts.
Beat at low speed until all ingredients are moistened.
Increase speed to medium; continue beating until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool cake in pan just long enough until you can remove cake from pan.
