Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    6 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned), drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until firm in center.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
