Spaghetti Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (uncooked)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. herb seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare spaghetti; drain.
    In medium bowl, blend milk and egg. Add spaghetti and toss to coat.
    Spray a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with vegetable cooking spray.
    Spread spaghetti mixture evenly in prepared pan.
