Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions on box.
    Pour half of mixture in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt caramels with milk over low heat to make a sauce. Pour over cake that has been baked.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour remaining batter over this and bake 17 to 20 minutes.
