Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked carrots, sliced and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Pour marinade over carrots, onion and bell pepper.
Cover and refrigerate.
Flavor is better if prepared 1 day before serving.
