Swiss And Ham Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
    2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except cornflakes. Chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flakes. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
