Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large fryers, cut up
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed fine
    1/4 c. chicken stock, consomme or bouillon
Preparation
    Beat all seasoning into egg.
    Dip chicken parts into egg mixture and coat with cornflakes.
    Place in baking dish; add stock to dish.
    Cover tightly.
    Place in preheated oven at 375\u00b0.
    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour, then uncovered for 1/2 hour.
    Serves 6.
