Chocolate-Oat-Nut-Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. quick-cooking or old fashioned rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. white sugar
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Stir
    together\tflour, salt, soda and cocoa; set aside. Put oatmeal in bowl, stir in boiling water and let stand about 10 minutes.
    Stir
    in\tmargarine
    and brown and white sugars. Add eggs; mix well.
    Beat in flour mixture and mix well.
    Fold in 1/2 of\tthe chocolate chips and spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle
    remaining chips and nuts on top.
    Bake in preheated
    350\u00b0
    oven
    about
    45
    minutes.\tCool
    in
    pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
