Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. melted shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Mix shortening, sugars, vanilla and eggs.
Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt and add to first mixture.
Add oatmeal. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
