Marinated Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 lb. pork tenderloin roast
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. lite sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine sherry, soy sauce and brown sugar. Rub over meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Roast at 300\u00b0 until tender (approximately 90 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
