Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt. When well blended add water and mix until dough forms a ball. Roll half of the dough very thin and cut into 2-inch strips. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with the strips.
