Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yellow squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 stick butter
    saltines
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and salt until tender (very little water). Drain.
    Add soup, eggs and milk.
    Mix well until blended; pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Melt butter; crumble in saltines. Sprinkle on top of squash.
    Bake approximately 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
