Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Add celery and onion, saute for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir and mix together.
    Pour in a 3-quart casserole and cover.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
