Easy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. crushed pecans (leave enough to roll in)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Make in a ball.
    Roll in pecans.
    Best if made a day before and refrigerated overnight.
