Chilled Seafood Lasagna With Herbed Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Wisconsin Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. Wisconsin Mascarpone cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced, fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. minced, fresh dill
    1 Tbsp. minced, fresh tarragon
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 lb. box white fish caviar, gently rinsed
    8 lasagna noodles (2 inches wide)
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Put 4 noodles in baking dish.
    Add half of all ingredients, then layer the other half of ingredients. Put in refrigerator.
