Confetti Corn And Bulgar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. olive oil or oil
    1 medium red apple, chopped
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 (15.25 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
    4 plum tomatoes, chopped
    4 scallions or green onions with tops, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. finely chopped fresh basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine bulgar, garlic, water and oil. Mix well with fork and let stand 30 minutes.
