Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 large Vidalia onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Slice onions and cook until clearish looking in the sausage grease.
    In a large bowl, mix together soup, pimentos, seasoned salt and then add onions and sausage.
    Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Add grated cheese on top, then crumbled crackers, and then pour melted margarine over the top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
