Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Minute rice
2 c. water
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large bag chopped frozen broccoli
Preparation

Melt margarine and cheese together; add other ingredients. Bake until moisture is dissolved, but not dry.
Can be mixed ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to be baked.
