Hot Chicken Salad(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut in chunks
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. finely diced onion
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. canned cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. cooked frozen peas
    1/2 c. blanched almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in a greased casserole. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top.
    Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven.
