Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef chuck
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. noodles
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. canned tomato juice
    1 c. sour cream
    minced parsley to taste
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in 2 tablespoons fat in deep skillet, stirring occasionally.
    Place beef in greased casserole.
    Arrange noodles over beef.
    Stir Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt and pepper into tomato juice; pour over noodles.
    Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Yields 6 servings.
