Mushroom Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix together; shape into patties and brown in skillet in 1 tablespoon margarine.
    After browned, blend in the rest of soup with 1/4 cup of water.
    Pour over patties.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
