Texas Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef full-cut round steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 cans peeled tomatoes, broken up
1/4 to 1/3 c. chili powder
shredded cheese and chopped green onions for garnish
Preparation

Brown steak pieces (in batches) and onion in margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
Pour off drippings.
Add tomatoes with liquid, steak sauce and chili powder.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Garnish as desired.
Makes 6 servings.
