Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Break egg into blender.
    Add vinegar, salt, mustard and 1/4 cup of the oil.
    Cover; turn on to lowest speed.
    Immediately remove center of cover and pour remaining oil in a steady stream. Whip until thick, about 15 to 30 seconds.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Make 1 batch at a time; do not double.
