Mule Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and brown sugar.
    Add eggs and mix well. Stir in molasses.
    Sift together dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Chill dough 1 hour.
