Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    5 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    5 large eggs, unbeaten
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in a large bowl; beat until fluffy.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and vanilla.
    Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time.
    Stir in cream.
    Pour into 10-inch spring-form pan and bake at 500\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Don't open oven. Reduce temperature to 200\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
    (Mine always takes 1 1/2 hours.)
