Pumpkin Ginger Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. quick rolled oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and mix well until crumbly, using electric mixer at low speed.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Combine the next seven ingredients and beat well.
    Pour onto baked crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Combine last three ingredients and sprinkle over baked pumpkin filling.
    Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set.
    Cool in the pan.
    Serve with whipped cream.
