Norwegian Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

6 large eggs
sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch or potato flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 to 4 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 medium bananas
1 (7 oz.) pkg. marzipan (almond paste)
1/2 c. fresh raspberries or raspberry preserves
Preparation

Grease bottom of a 10-inch spring-form pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, with a mixer at high speed, beat eggs and 1 cup sugar until light and foamy, about 7 minutes.
Stir in 1 tablespoon water.
Add flour, cornstarch and baking powder, stirring utnil blended.
Pour batter into a pan and bake 35 to 45 minutes until done.
Cool cake on wire rack for 5 minutes and remove cake from pan.
