Make Ahead Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Blend
    flour,
    sugar and salt.\tAdd shortening and work pastry with
    hands.
    Add\twater,\tvinegar and egg.
    Work with hands until
    mixed
    well.
    Roll
    out portions on well-floured surface and well floured pin.
    Makes pastry for 2 double crust 10-inch pies +.
    Time of preparation: 20 minutes.
