Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 qt. cabbage
    1 qt. apples
    1 stalk celery
    1 pt. onions
    1 qt. sweet pickles
    1 qt. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 red peppers
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes first and drain in colander.
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer gently 40 minutes.
