Cheesy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices.
    Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Combine flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Toss zucchini in seasoned flour to coat well.
    Slowly heat oil in large heavy skillet.
    Saute zucchini until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
    Drain.
    Cover dish with zucchini; top with tomatoes. Combine sour cream, rest of salt, oregano and pepper and spread over tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
