Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized sweet potatoes or yams
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. applesauce
    mini marshmallows
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until soft when pierced.
    Remove skins and mash in an ovenproof dish with salt and butter until smooth.
    Add applesauce, mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle top with mini marshmallows and place under broiler until marshmallows are lightly browned.
