Cheese Potato Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to small potatoes
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes.
    Roll in melted margarine and dip in beaten egg, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Arrange in well-greased baking dish.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and dot with margarine. Cover with foil and bake at 450\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
