Key Lime Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. half and half
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. grated rind
3 to 4 drops green food coloring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into bread pan or other metal container and place in freezer.
When slushy, beat until frothy and freeze again.
Allow to sit out a few minutes before serving. Easy, elegant and melt in your mouth scrumptious.
