Everyday Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown meat with onion, garlic and spices.
Drain and add tomato sauce.
Simmer.
Boil noodles and drain.
Add 2 tablespoons butter, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Mix well. Layer in 13 x 9-inch greased casserole, ending with meat sauce.
Top with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
