Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    fruit (I use blueberries)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar lightly.
    Add egg. Then add dry ingredients just until blended.
    Do not overmix.
    Add blueberries or fruit at last.
    Makes 12 medium muffins.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Lightly glaze for special touch.
