Sausage With Long Grain Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    2 pkg. long grain and wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 cans mushrooms
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender.
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Stir in mushroom soup.
    Layer rice and sausage mixture into a buttered dish.
    Layer sliced onion on top of each layer.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
