Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. carrots, cooked until tender, but firm
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Pour over carrots and toss lightly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
