Rhubarb Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white or yellow cake mix
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. cream
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chopped rhubarb over cake batter.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Pour the cream over everything.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Enjoy warm.
(Can also use peaches or blueberries instead of the rhubarb.)
