Scalloped Corn And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold boiled rice
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    1 c. yellow cream-style corn
    salt and pepper
    1 pimiento, minced
Preparation
    Mix rice, corn, green pepper and pimiento together.
    Season, as desired, with salt and pepper.
    Blend in eggs; place in a greased 2-quart casserole in alternate layers with cheese, allowing for cheese to be on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
