Eggs A La Caracas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. dried beef
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    few drops onion juice
    few grains cinnamon
    few grains cayenne
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Cut dried beef fine with scissors.
    Add tomatoes, cheese, onion juice, cinnamon and cayenne.
    Melt in an omelet pan butter; add the mixture and heat 5 minutes.
    Add 3 eggs, well beaten. Stir and cook over direct heat until creamy.
